Coaching in Action: Practice Your Skills
Coaching in Action is a hugely successful National Managers' Community initiative first offered in June 2017. This learning activity is designed for managers interested in honing their coaching skills; it provides an opportunity to practice together.
During this session, participants will also explore the action learning circle (or peer coaching circle) approach, an experiential, group-based learning technique where managers come together to learn from each other, address issues and explore possibilities for action and results.
