All federal public servants who are required to work in both official languages must be aware of their rights and responsibilities on this subject. This online course enables participants to gain an understanding of their rights and responsibilities with respect to language of work and maintain their skills in their second official language, at levels B and C. Participants will improve the usage of their second official language in terms of writing, supervision and conducting meetings through practical exercises, and will learn more about official languages in the workplace.
