Costing has become a common requirement for financial officers and managers at all levels. This intermediate-level course is designed for employees who conduct cost analyses and those who are involved in Chief Financial Officer Attestation related to costing. Participants will have the opportunity to apply their costing skills and improve their ability to analyze cost information based on the steps and approach mentioned in the Treasury Board Secretariat Guidelines on Costing. They will learn how to communicate cost information and challenge cost estimates.
