Creating an environment that is conducive to employee engagement helps foster greater organizational efficiency during times of change. This course uses a reflective and experiential approach to encourage participants to analyze and adjust their leadership style through the lens of transformational leadership so they can bring about positive changes in their organization. Participants will develop a personal action plan to transfer their new knowledge to the workplace.
