A strong business case contains a sound framework, informed objectives and persuasive recommendations. This courses uses a case-study approach to present the objectives, elements and steps needed to prepare a viable business case based on established best practices. Participants will learn how to write clear statements, select best options, perform proper analyses, and make sound recommendations when developing a formal business case.
