Departmental procurement specialists are expected to have a solid understanding of key intellectual property concepts and how to apply them. This online self-paced course examines the Policy on Title to Intellectual Property Arising Under Crown Procurement Contracts and its application. By following six 15-minute modules, participants will study intellectual property rights and explore different situations where questions of intellectual property may arise.
