Strategic leaders are the backbone of any forward-thinking organization. This course is designed for managers and directors seeking to examine and enhance their leadership skills, especially during periods of workplace transition. Participants will explore three strategic leadership competencies and craft personal leadership plans to strategically influence their organizations.

Topics include:

  • exploring the meaning of strategic leadership
  • examining the role of mission, vision and values in effective strategic leadership
  • reviewing three key leadership competencies: thinking, acting and influencing

Notes:

Participants must complete 2 hours of mandatory pre-course assignments.

The School has been approved as an Accredited Provider of Professionalism Content by the Law Society of Ontario. As such, the course contains 2 hours and 45 minutes of Professionalism content and 1 hour of Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Professionalism content.
