Specialists in administrative services are often asked to develop policies, guidelines and other instruments in response to specific departmental needs. This course presents a framework for developing internal policy instruments, with a specific focus on administrative policies. Participants will learn about the key factors that support and influence the internal policy development process and will be given the opportunity to put their newly acquired knowledge into practice.
