Wherever people interact, there is a potential for conflict regardless of the job. This online self-paced course helps front-line employees, supervisors and anyone with an interest in workplace safety to develop a clear understanding of violence in the workplace and how to prevent it. Participants will learn about the consequences of workplace violence, how to recognize the risks, and what measures can be taken to prevent it from happening.
