Contributing to Change and Transformation in the Government of Canada

  • September 16, 2016 | 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (EDT) | English with interpretation in French

Every organization in the Government of Canada is experiencing change and transformation in some way. As public servants, we are all called on to adopt the vision described in Blueprint 2020 to create a more networked, innovative and collaborative public service. Blueprint 2020 also emphasizes the importance of actively taking part in transformation by sharing your ideas, insights, exercising leadership and making your voice heard regardless of your level.

At this event, representatives from various organizations will discuss their perspective on how to develop your leadership to effectively contribute to organizational transformation and change as part of Canada’s professional public service.
