The Ins and Outs of Speed Mentoring

The Ins and Outs of Speed Mentoring

The benefits of mentoring are numerous, as it provides a significant return on investment for the mentee, mentor and organization as a whole. Speed mentoring gives mentees the opportunity to have several authentic conversations with multiple high-calibre mentors during a short period of time.

This event will explore the ins and outs of this process. You will get hands-on experience by observing speed mentoring sessions with senior and experienced colleagues, as well as the opportunity to directly engage and ask questions. The event will be facilitated by Maria Barnes, Director at Service Canada, who has been recognized by the heads of Human Resources in the Government of Canada for her contributions to mentoring.
