Preventing and Managing Mental Health Problems in the Workplace through Proactive Leadership

According to the Mental Health Commission of Canada, nearly a quarter of workers experience mental health problems. Proactive leadership in managing such issues fosters well-being in the workplace and safeguards an organization's most precious asset: its people.

The Canada School of Public Service, in partnership with the National Managers' Community, invites you to attend this event, which will help you prevent and effectively manage mental health problems within your team.

You will learn about various ways to prevent mental health problems, how to recognize signs of distress in an employee, how to take action and how to prepare for the return of an employee who has been on leave for mental health reasons.
