Performance Management Learning Day
Presented in partnership with the National Managers' Community, this learning day will provide managers with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of the application of the Directive on Performance Management.
Using hands-on tools, skills and techniques, managers will explore their role in the performance management process, develop strategies to engage their employees on performance and development and learn about the resources and support available to them. Participants will leave the session better equipped to fulfil the fundamental leadership responsibility of identifying and addressing performance management challenges.
This learning day includes the following sessions:
- Workshop: Providing Performance Feedback
- Workshop: A Four-Step Approach to Addressing Performance Issues
- Case study on performance management
